System Fault Conditions (Cont.)

BATTERY FAULT

If a battery fault condition occurs when the system is unset, a local alarm

condition will be initiated. To cancel the local alarm, proceed as follows:

unable to set the alarm system until the fault is cleared.

BATTERY LOW CONDITION

Your alarm system automatically monitors the voltage of the standby

battery. If for any reason the battery voltage falls below pre-set limits, the

system will enter into a local alarm condition. To cancel the alarm proceed

as follows:

unable to set the alarm system until the fault is cleared.

TOTAL POWER FAILURE

If the display on the keypad is indicating ‘Sr’, the mains and battery power

to the system has failed. Contact your alarm company engineer and report

the fault. You will be unable to set the alarm system until the fault is cleared.
